By placing an order with Tubza, you agree to pay the total price of the product, including any applicable delivery charges. We accept a variety of payment methods, including EFT and credit cards. Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.
We offer free shipping across South Africa. Please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery due to the handmade nature of our products. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure your product is delivered in a timely manner.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
All Tubza hot tubs come with a 2-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or storage. Please see our warranty section for detailed information.
